nope

well, didn't go to the temple- my dad went to North Carolina w/ my uncle, helping him with some shipment that was to go down there instead. damn. well, there's gotta be some point in time that's right for the trip! but 'when' is the question...

went to the Strip District- i *LOVE* it down there!! Walked around going into every building down there, regardless of what it was- that was fun, Pittsburgh people whould try it. found a new art obsession in this off-the-wall place called Art Of Steel. most of the artwork, be it framing, sculpture, plaques, etc are made out of metals, namely steel. some of it's pretty wild- there are these weird looking little things that look like bugs playing instruments that are made out of scrap-metal. some are clarinets, cellos, flutes, violins, guitars, pianos, all of them. they made running fountains out of old clay pots- a huge one is arranged on a pice of metal at the top, and water flows from it into a smaller pot below, and so on, and there's usually some sort of art surrounding it, it's pretty cool. there's a lot of nifty stuff down there.

went to Borders too, and found a book on Krishna, and the C&tCF soundtrack. that soundtrack is awesome. well, it's Danny Elfman, who can expect anything else?

i've actually been outside for a better part of the day, how amazing is that? i spend days on end inside the house, never coming out unless i have to, and here i am running all over the place!


Ah yes, and before i forget: my brother is being kicked out of the house. he has 30 days to find somewhere else to live. this next month is going to be a fiasco beyond anything else... today particularly, because he hasn't found the note telling him that yet. now i *want* to stay out of the house.
